工商時報【賴佑維╱桃園報導】

「亞洲．矽谷計畫執行中心」昨（25）日在桃園市中壢區揭牌，副總統陳建仁致詞時表示，台灣未來要導入創新文化與思維。此外在物聯網的整合、技術上台灣將會很有好的發展，並以人才和技術，讓台灣成為世界新樞紐。

陳建仁指出，「亞洲．矽谷」計畫要推動物聯網與創新產業2大主軸，透過連結在地、國際、未來，使得台灣經濟成長，同時轉型。他也說，開幕儀式只是匯聚全球人才，掌握產業契機的起點，在研發創新過程中，「我們當然會面臨失敗」，但失敗為成功之母，像發明家愛迪生不斷嘗試創新及不害怕失敗的精神，其實就是「亞洲．矽谷」的精神。

國發會主委陳添枝表示，「亞洲．矽谷」是推動台灣產業轉型的重要計畫，讓台灣在過去硬體製造的基礎，加上軟體的實力，持續發揮優勢，此外執行中心選在桃園，是因為桃園位於資訊與通信科技及半導體產業的科技廊帶上，也可連結在地，更連結國際。

桃園市長鄭文燦也表示，桃園1年工業產值高達3.2兆元，擁有深厚的發展潛力。過去產業獲利多在硬體製造，如今推出「亞洲．矽谷」，可結合軟硬體及物聯網等相關產業，協助產業轉型，代表政府看到下世代產業發展方向，也讓產超值推業界看到未來發展的新希望。

行政院政務委員唐鳳則認為，「亞洲．矽谷」最重要的是作為多元平台，而不是像過去的科學或工業園區。未來將虛心向產業界學習，看私部門有什麼需求，以敏捷式的治理來回應各界的需求。

此外，「亞洲．矽谷」執行中心將由國發會副主委龔明鑫、科技部參事汪庭安代表政府出任計畫執行中心正、副執行長，並由國際經驗豐富的翁嘉盛擔任投資長、吳聰慶擔任技術長、蔡志宏擔任人力長、律師謝穎青擔任法制長、行政長黃瓊雅。其中，汪庭安、吳聰慶、翁嘉盛在矽谷有豐厚人脈與資源，將以豐富的經歷推動台灣與矽谷緊密聯繫。
